Notes
MilkAdMan lists this in its main campaign series.
The Milk Mustache Book (1998, p. 56) gives the shoot as June 25, 1996, Los Angeles, and says this was the first milk mustache ad to run in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. Bleeth was not sure she wanted to pose in a swimsuit, since she wanted to move past her Baywatch image; she agreed on condition that it not be red, and the white-on-white suit was designed for the ad. The book, written in 1998, calls it one of the most requested posters in the campaign.
