Brett Favre — “The Power Behind the Play” life-size standee
Collections:Merchandise
Campaign:MILK: The Power Behind the Play (NFL / MilkPEP)
Type:Life-size point-of-sale cardboard standee
Notes
Life-size cardboard store standee of Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre (#4) holding Milk Chugs bottles, for MilkPEP's NFL-tie-in campaign “MILK: The Power Behind the Play.” A point-of-sale display piece from the same campaign as the Tiki Barber poster already in the collection. No copyright line survives; the bottom of the standee is cut off. The date comes from the 32-team NFL logo strip printed on it: the Houston Texans are present and the Seahawks sit in the NFC, both of which began in 2002, and the Bengals still use the leaping-tiger mark retired in 2004.
A full-length photograph of another copy is in the gallery; the seller of that copy dates it 2004 and names the National Dairy Council as the issuer, neither of which can be read in the photograph. The main picture shows only the upper part.
