Notes

The same full-page Nestlé Quik creative was previously split across two database records: a 1997 physical-specimen/coupon entry and the collector’s 1998 “Where’s your Chocolate milk mustache? Sweepstakes” catalog entry. The separate 1998 small-format ad remains a genuine nested variant and still needs its own scan.

Ad text

“Where’s your chocolate milk mustache? Nestlé Quik with milk is a chocolatey tasty treat that helps give you and your kids the calcium they all need… Just gulp down a glass, sketch a chocolate milk mustache in the space below, and send in this whole ad (except for the $2 coupon, of course) for a chance to win $25,000!” Carries the Make It Better With MILK lockup, an entry form, and a $2 tear-off coupon. The only ad in the archive where the reader draws the mustache by hand.

High-resolution surviving full-page scan — visually reconciled in

This scan matches the already archived 1997 specimen line-for-line: Quik Bunny, “Where’s your chocolate milk mustache?” headline, $25,000 entry form, and the $2 Nestlé Quik coupon. the collector catalogs the same standard creative under MIBWM 1998. A separate marketplace pairing also identifies this page beside the Jonathan Lipnicki ad and gives a 1997 copyright. 1997 and 1998 are dated states of one creative, not two ads.

Consolidated archive identity — 1998 standard placement

Former main record:extra-239— “Where’s Your Chocolate Milk Mustache? Sweepstakes.” the collector files the standard ad as MIBWM 1998 and preserves the original filenamecon_quik.jpgVisual comparison shows it is the same full-page creative as this parent record, so removes the duplicate main card/detail page and keeps the 1998 state here.
