Type:Television commercial
Notes
A Lawrence of Arabia figure digs up a treasure box in the desert; the carton inside is full of sand. Written by Anthony Rank, aged eight.
Made for: the children’s got milk? campaign paid for by Dairy Management Inc. (America’s Dairy Farmers) and produced by Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, as Got Milk? The Book (1999) tells it (pp. 159–167).
Got Milk? The Book (1999): “The spot started running in January 1998, and kids loved it”; it was shot in the Mojave Desert with a crew of at least 50, and the rented camel’s trainer kept calling “camel breaks” (pp. 165–167).
Video found in the site’s catalogue of public copies of the got milk? commercials (October 16, 2026).
