Newly restored omitted campaign promotion from contemporaneous 1997 trade coverage. The Complete Milk Ad Checklist also contains later/related Hot Chefs, Cold Milk references, including a winners-ad lead and a 2001 entry; relationship between those ads remains unresolved.
