Notes

A vertical one-third-page ad set in a typewriter face inside a black rule, written as a personal ad: “MEET MILK. (also known as Skim and Lowfat)” above a colour photograph of a glass milk bottle, then “Name: Milk / Physical attributes: Smooth. Delicious. / Characteristics: Can be ice cold. / Job/Career: Calcium provider, bone builder. / Hobbies: Music, Nutrition. / Likes: Hanging with Vitamin D and lots of other nutrients. / Dislikes: Osteoporosis, soft bones. / Looking for: Partner to enjoy years of strong bones and good nutrition. Unlike other drinks you may have had a relationship with, I am concerned about your needs. I want to be with you at least three times a day. / Photo and references: Available and recommended by the National Institutes of Health, as ideal source of calcium. / Call me at: 1.800.WHY.MILK http://www.whymilk.com”.

No milk mustache; no sponsor name is printed, only the telephone line 1-800-WHY-MILK and http://www.whymilk.com, which the national Milk Mustache campaign used.

The issue is that of the file saved by the research pass; the page prints only the folio “58 SPIN”, and the Aerosmith feature on the page is consistent with the May 1997 issue, the report read.
