A brochure for school foodservice directors designed like a composition book: “Milk 101: Outline of new ways to get kids to drink milk.” The chalkboard insert “It’s the Law” explains what the 2004 child nutrition law says about milk in schools. It is a different piece from the 1998 “Milk 101: Meeting Core Requirements” pamphlet.
