Three reply cards sent to grocery stores by the milk processors’ board, each headed “got promotions?” with the got milk? logo. Stores used them to order display stands and ready-made artwork for their own newspaper ads.

The first (order due April 9, 1999) is for the Milk Mustache Shaker displays; the second (due September 10, 1999) for the Celebrity Calendar displays; the third (due July 1, 2000) for the Britney Spears locker poster displays and the chocolate milk sweepstakes tear pads.

These are pieces of the campaign itself, filed by the collector among the “got ___?” imitations because of the headline.
