Indexed in Doug Gilford's MAD Cover Site Advertising Parody Guide, which lists every advertising campaign MAD parodied, cross-referenced by the real advertiser. Art by Richard Williams. The parody is titled “Schmuck — Not a surprise!” and targets the MILK. What a Surprise! line.
Before closing this card:The MAD guide files this as an AD PARODY — an interior page — while the collector's spoofs page called it a COVER. Those are different artifacts. Confirm which this is, and note the image here is the guide's thumbnail; a full-size scan would be an upgrade.
