Notes
Cookie Monster lying among chocolate chip cookies with his hand over his mouth, under the got milk? logo. The date is the seller’s, and the small print along the bottom cannot be read in the photograph. The same picture was used on a jigsaw puzzle and a mug.
Issued by: California Milk Processor Board.
The picture was also used outdoors in the East: newspaper photographs show it as a billboard in Times Square in July 1997 and on a wall in Cleveland in June 1998, both paid for by the American Dairy Association and Dairy Council.
